My utmost concern for my clients is convenience. I make every effort to keep things simple, and I continually evaluate and improve my methods as needed. With all that said, the entire process consists of the following (very general) steps.

1. You contact me through this website, using the appropriate form (if possible).
2. An initial consultation is perfomed (at no cost to you), either through a series of emails, messages or telephone. If necessary, you or I can request a phone call at any time.
3. Once your project has been adequately evaluated, I will draft a formal agreement which defines expectations and deliverables for both you and I.
4. If upon reading this agreement, you find it suitable and no changes are needed, the work commences.
5. Larger projects are typically broken down into milestones, with each milestone representing a completed element or phase of your project. Upon completion of each milestone, you will be notified and asked to evaluate the work.
6. Once all milestones are completed, you will be notified and asked to evaluate all completed work to ensure satisfaction.
7. Assuming all of the work is completed to your satisfaction, you will be invoiced based on previously agreed terms.
8. Within the invoice you will find instructions on how to satisfy the invoice (many forms of electronic payment accepted)

Payment terms are made and mutually agreed upon prior to the start of any project or service. Upon satisfactory completion, an invoice will be generated and sent to your designated contact email address. Within this invoice you will find links and instructions for payment.

Payments can be made using PayPal or a major credit card. All electronic transactions are completely secure. I use Freshbooks for all service related invoicing and accounting.

Not always, no. I generally I have no problem performing the work and then receiving payment upon satisfactory completion. This excludes special circumstances such as:

• Your project is very complex and contains multiple tasks. In this instance, your project will be broken down into clearly defined milestones, upon completion of each milestone, payment will be requested.
• Your project was awarded to me through an online freelancing service, and required by that particular website.

Please note that whatever the circumstance, payment terms will be mutually agreed upon prior to commencement of any project or service. You will never be suprised with an unexpected fee or charge.
